Yes. Creating a Team and enabling collaboration requires an active Pro plan for the owner. Invited teammates can join and help organize with free accounts.
Yes. Choose a theme for each sign-up and a separate one for your dashboard. Pro unlocks the full collection; every theme supports light and dark appearances.
Personal sign-ups count toward the 3-sign-up limit. Existing team sign-ups also count if your Pro plan ends. Drafts count too. Cancelled or deleted sign-ups free up room. Items and time slots count together toward each sign-up’s limit.
Pro stays available through your paid period. Published sign-ups keep working after you return to Free. Team collaboration pauses until the owner has Pro again. You can manage existing sign-ups within Free limits.
Guests can sign up without an account. Teammates need a free account to help organize; the owner’s Pro plan covers the team.
